The Omaha, Nebraska-based, Blue Sushi Sake Grill will open its doors to the public in their new Denver location on Monday, July 9th. As You Wish had the opportunity to assist the Blue team in their Grand Opening party last night. The restaurant is located at 1616 16th in Denver's Lodo District.
