As You Wish recently sat down with Marc DesRosiers, Founder and Principal of Big Delicious Catering, serving Vail and Denver, and learned a little about catering and a little about the passion that goes in to planning an event. Marc worked for Epicurean Catering from 1995- 2000 and then co-founded Whirled Peas Catering where he was recognized as one the top 40 under 40 by the Denver Business Journal in 2003.

Even though Big Delicious Catering is only 6 months old there is a lot of talent and heart that goes into this catering company.  Executive Chef Hunter Smith has had a love of cooking since the age of 14 and trained at the well-known Nobu in Miami Beach, FL. Marc quickly laughs when describing how talented and driven Hunter is at his cooking. He's always striving to be better. He combines French techniques with fresh ingredients. Simple and light. Hunter also appeared on the Food Network's, Iron Chef America.

As a new catering company, Big Delicious Catering feels blessed and fortunate that they are winning bids for VIP events and are excited to be hosting the American Ski Classic March 22-25, 2012.
